ABOUT ME
I'm a Software and Machine Learning Engineer, and a Computer Science student at UC San Diego, passionate about building AI and web systems that make a real impact. Currently, I'm a Software Engineering Intern at Aesthetic, building serverless pipelines with AWS Lambda and Gemini Vision, and a ML Fellow at Cornell Tech's Break Through Tech AI.
Previously, I worked at Arity designing scalable data-cleaning pipelines over 60K+ telematics nodes and evaluating 12+ unsupervised ML models. I also won the Best Coast Hackathon with CareFi, an AI dermatology web service powered by OpenAI Vision and YOLOv8.
Outside of engineering, I'm a life-long artist and musician, which naturally shapes how I build software — I love creating things that feel intuitive, expressive, and thoughtfully designed.

CareFi: AI Dermatology Web Service
AI-driven skin analysis workflow using OpenAI Vision and YOLOv8. Built production-ready 3-image ingestion pipeline with validation, preprocessing, and Supabase Storage integration. Winner of Best Coast Hackathon.
Book Review Sentiment Classifier
Binary text classification model on ~2,000 book reviews using TF-IDF vectorization (5,000 features, unigrams + bigrams). Designed and tuned Keras neural network with multiple dense and dropout layers, achieving AUC = 0.92.

Software Engineering Intern
- •Architected a serverless Gmail parsing pipeline using AWS Lambda and Gemini Vision to extract fashion product images from shopping emails, implementing pattern-based classification and heuristic scoring to reduce LLM API costs by ~95%.
- •Built an async product prefetch system with tiered Lambda concurrency that scrapes and caches product details (sizes, images, pricing) in the background, enabling instant load times in the iOS app.
- •Designed retailer-specific URL transformation logic for 10+ e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.) to upgrade thumbnail images to full-resolution for improved ML model accuracy.
Machine Learning Project Fellow
- •Processed and engineered features for 60,000+ iOS/Android telematics events, reducing 50+ raw sensor fields into a clean set of 20+ modeling variables used for cluster analysis
- •Developed and evaluated 12+ unsupervised ML models (K-Means, DBSCAN, HDBSCAN) across 50+ hyperparameter combinations, revealing <5% natural separability between turn behaviors due to heavy feature overlap
